Core Conditioning

The core is a passion here at Relentless Fitness. From everyday posture to high level sports performance, it is a phenomenal asset.

Core conditioning is a comprehensive program targeting upper abs, lower abs, obliques, transverse abdominals, and the lower back. TRX & Kettlebell

A total body conditioning class that combines two of the most proficient training tools together: kettlebells and TRX. The class will allow up to 6 people to alternate working supersets and circuits on each piece of equipment. Power Lunch

A non-stop total body conditioning class done in circuit format that will work your body from head to toe. Expect to use trx bands, kettle bells, medicine balls and bands. F.U.N.

Fam Fit

Fam Fit is designed for kids and parents to work out at the same time. The class will be split between 2 instructors, one for kids and one for adults. This is our first evolution of Fam Fit and it is for parents of all ages and kids ages 2.5 to 5 years old. The adults will be taking a total body class while their children participate in a gymnastics class. Reserve Your Spot Here

Total Body Mastery
