Tuesday
Fam Fit is designed for kids and parents to work out at the same time. The class will be split between 2 instructors, one for kids and one for adults. This is our first evolution of Fam Fit and it is for parents of all ages and kids ages 2.5 to 5 years old. Core conditioning is a comprehensive program targeting upper abs, lower abs, obliques, transverse abdominals, and the lower back.
