Kettlebell Technique

A beginners course to learn how to perform the core movements using the kettlebell. Without activating the correct muscles during these complex full body movements you are at risk for injury. Exercises such as the swing, clean, and Turkish get-up build a solid foundation for getting the most out of your workouts. This 4 week course will help you master the basics so that you can move on to Level 2.

Kettlebell Level 2

An intermediate course to build upon the fundamentals of kettlebell technique. Exercises such as the clean and press, windmill and snatch will start to build a full library of exercises for an awesome workout progression. Expect to know all 8 foundational exercises and a few advanced exercises by the conclusion of the course.

Triathlon Training

Looking to train for your first triathlon? Are you training for another race but feel your technique is lacking in a specific area? Do you feel a workout plan could help you reach your full potential? Well this is the class for you. Expect to have a solid plan and week-by-week training progression for swimming, biking and running. In each session we will work on strengthening the sports specific muscles that will make you stronger in all 3 disciplines. It will also pair athletes up with others who are training for a common goal.
