Step 1: Perform a max set of push-ups.
Step 2: Divide that number by 3.
Step 3: Every day this month, rain or shine, home or travel, perform that number of push-ups with pristine form!
DAILY RECOVERY CHALLENGE: CHEST & SHOULDER MOBILITY
We pair our daily strength anchor with attention and care to the same region. Make sure after you rock those push-ups you take a minute to retain and improve your chest/shoulder mobility.

Vices are too often the honest answer to “what’s holding you back?” from health and fitness goals. We take a look at alcohol, caffeine, sugar, and screen time in an effort to - not eliminate! - but manage these things to stay on track.
