The experience begins with a benchmark challenge, continues with fresh, varied challenges week-to-week, and ends with you crushing your original benchmark. Challenge class will test what you are capable of within a finite time frame and take your overall fitness to the next level.
RISE AND GRIND
It requires a special breed of human to want to work out at 6:00am, but those that do will be rewarded! Rise and Grind is a high intensity, full body work out, programmed to give you the benefits of cardio and strength. We change the format each day, so wake up, get in, and experience something new!
A high intensity interval training class combining basic strength moves and tough cardio blasts, interwoven with painfully brief periods of rest (…well SOMEtimes there’s rest!) Be prepared to push your fitness capacity to its limits.
This concept was developed to showcase what our adult program does best. Each class features 4 segments – dynamic warmup, progressive strength, dynamic strength, and core and sprints. Do you have what it takes?
Join Team Relentless to prepare for a full slate of obstacle course races. This group mixes indoor and outdoor activity, as well as strength and cardiovascular bursts. You'll be ready to run, jump, climb, push, pull, and cross that Spartan finish line in personal record time!
A total body workout involving the TRX, kettlebells, and VIPR equipment. A randomly drawn card is chosen out of the workout deck to ensure continual variability. Occasionally a “challenge” card may be drawn to push the intensity level up a notch!
