Our goal is to deliver personal training quality to a group of people.

That means we:

  • Plan classes with you in mind

  • Cap coach-to-client ratio at 8:1 to retain individual attention during class

  • Connect classes to larger monthly/seasonal themes to deliver not only a great workout, but also macro progress

Class Purchases Includes Challenges, Videos, and WhatsApp

  • Up to 5 Classes = $150

  • Up to 10 Classes = $250

  • Up to 15 Classes = $350

  • Unlimited Classes = $400

  • Challenges, Videos, WhatsApp ONLY (No Classes) = $60

SCHEDULE

All Classes are 60-Minutes in Length

  • Mondays @7:00pm

  • Tuesdays @6:30am

  • Thursdays @6:30am

  • Thursdays @7:00pm

  • Sundays @10:00am
