As a part of coaching, you'll find me doing anything from personal training to consulting on nutrition to working on the Relentless corporate wellness program. Otherwise you'll see me enjoying a cup of coffee, jump-roping, swinging a kettlebell, or doing any number of physical culture related activities."

"I am the creator of the Kid Relentless Fitness and Gymnastics Program here at Relentless. You can usually find me on the blue flooring teaching tumbling, running a fitness class, bouncing on the trampoline, or conducting a private lesson.
In addition to working with kids, I have a growing number of adult clients working to reach their own goals in both fitness and gymnastics. When I am not training my clients, I like to get in my own workout and write posts on my blog!"

My favorite piece of equipment is a tiny, light, little Pilates ball that kicks everyone's butt (and core!) into shape.
I like to make everything fun - you'll often catch me being silly with Marissa when we find a moment of down time!"
