Policies
REGISTRATION
- Every student must fill out a registration form before attending class.
- There is a one-time registration fee that is due on the day of the first class.
CLASSES
- While class is in session, parents are to wait in lobby.
- Class tuition is due the first class of every month.
- If not paid within the first week of the month your child will not be able to participate.
- Students are to wear gym appropriate attire. (Something comfortable to move around in.)
- Some months are longer/shorter than others. Everyone is entitled to four classes per month and if -holidays fall on those days you are encouraged to make up the class.
- All make-ups must be used before the end of the session.
ABSENCE
- Students can make up a missed class on a different day of the week.
- If you would like to reschedule a class, please contact the studio.
- If a student is going to be absent from class, please contact the studio.
- If you can not make a private session please call to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance or you will be charged for the session.
