what brought you to relentless fitness?

I moved back to the Philadelphia area after several years in NYC, and set out on a search for work that felt like more than just a job. I wanted to be in an environment where learning and growth are encouraged for all. I wanted to be part of a community that would make Philly feel like home again and inspire me every day. When I walked into Relentless to meet Roger and Marissa, all of the boxes were checked and I knew I wanted in. Relentless truly cares about every person who walks through its doors. These days that is really something special.
 

what does fitness mean to you?

Fitness is a tool to improve your life, mentally and physically. For example, a deadlift is more than just moving weight; it’s picking up your child or rearranging furniture. It’s feeling so strong and empowered that nothing can stop you from conquering anything that comes your way. Feel strong, look strong, be strong!
 

hobbies outside of training:

I am currently going to back school to pursue a career in physical therapy, so it doesn’t leave too much time for hobbies beyond burying my nose in books! When I do have free time I love trying out new healthy recipes, finding cute coffee shops to sit in, visiting friends and family, and improving my taste in fine wines and craft beers.
