Running Club is about running basics, hard work, and progression. It is an introduction to proper form, breathing, competition, and goal setting. The program emphasizes independence and growth, both carefully overseen. Runners measure improvements in both speed and distance over the course of the year weeks and celebrate their strides with milestones like a long celebratory run over the Ben Franklin Bridge.
Kids meet at Relentless Fitness each Tuesday at 5:45pm and use either Washington Square Park
or the Ben Franklin Bridge as the day's running course.
THE PROGRAM IS NOW YEAR-ROUND.
Full session attendance is not required; you may drop-in one week at a time provided there is room.
EACH SESSION BEGINS PROMPTLY AT 5:45 PM
Kids must be on time to leave with their coaches. Each session ends at 6:30 PM. Pick-up is at Relentless Fitness.

Two coaches oversee each session.

All ability levels are welcome!
RUNNERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO
BRING WATER BOTTLES
Runners are responsible for carrying them.
RUNNERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHOWCASING EXEMPLARY SPORTSMANSHIP
