I want you to love going to the gym. Even if you leave sore, tight, and sweaty, a couple of laughs and some encouragement should keep you looking forward to the next session and staying positive.
What's it all about?
Making the right nutrition and exercise choices is as simple as believing that you are worth a little extra time and attention. Your health and happiness matters not just to you but those around you, and my goal when I train individuals or classes is to encourage that mentality. You're worth this workout, you're worth fueling up with proper foods and cutting out the ones that harm you.

What do I have to offer you?
I studied literature at the University of Delaware because I love the connections literature creates. I am passionate about people in general and feel that we are constantly learning from one another. This attitude led me to dabble in teaching and coaching for a year before finding my niche in the world of nutrition and fitness. I love to encourage others and constantly stay informed in order to help everyone achieve wellness.
Why Relentless?
I was having a great time teaching classes and training at various gyms when I heard about the first Transformation. It was a hugely positive experience for me during a tough time in my life. I realized I'd found a team just like me at Relentless, passionate about helping others achieve success and making positive impacts daily. The attitude around the studio is intense but fun. I love being there and want everyone who walks in to love it.
